About Lily:
Lily Markovic is a passionate artist who feels most inspired with a camera in hand. Trained in landscape architecture, she has always been interested in working with the natural environment. Her award winning work encompasses architectural, creative and fine art photography. She seeks to capture subtle meanings and unique beauty in a wide range of subjects, from people and places to animals, natural landscapes, miscellaneous objects and shapes.
Lily has been a member of the Toronto Camera Club since 2006 when she joined as a hobbyist and beginner. In the next few years, she worked her way up the level of “Master Photographer" after receiving more than 70 awards participating in Club and International competitions.
In 2012, Lily accepted the position of Chairperson of the Club’s annual International Photography Salon Competition, a feature of the TCC for the past 128 years.
